AI-IPVB POLICY MANUAL | REV. 2026.03

Standards for Non-Autonomous Verification

1.0 General Provisions

1.1 All visual art, audio compositions, and technical blueprints submitted for certification must pass the NMMMB Audit (Neural Manifest Manual Modification Baseline).

1.2 This process involves a rigorous Layer Verification to ensure the "Manual" contribution exceeds the "Neural" generation, establishing a permanent record in the Kin Pages Database.

2.0 The 51% Modification Threshold

2.1 Ownership is not granted to prompt-only outputs. Certification requires a minimum NMMMB Metric score of 51% human input.

"The Master Creator must demonstrate that the final render is a derivative work born from human-led transformation, where the AI functioned as a passive toolset under master command."

3.0 Forensic Documentation Requirements

3.1 Neural Manifest: The registrant must provide a complete history of the seed, node, and iterative prompts used to initialize the neural baseline.

3.2 Layer Mapping: Evidence of manual masking, structural overpainting, or parameter-tuning must be archived as a 'Chain of Provenance' from seed to final render.

4.0 Registry & Kin Pages Integration

4.1 Upon successful audit, the asset shall be assigned a unique Blueprint ID and locked into the Kin Pages Global Ledger.

4.2 Revocation: NMMMB, INC. reserves the right to revoke certification if the Neural Manifest is found to be falsified or if human intervention falls below the documented metric.
